From Childhood Beliefs to Shamanic Journeys and Understanding Reality
Why We Have to Let Go of Everything That Doesn't Serve Us
When I started my journey into the unknown, I had no idea who I was or that my reality was shaped by the Matrix that surrounds me at all times. I didn’t connect with any religion my whole life, but I had certain beliefs that felt true to me.
When I was about 5 years old, I explained to my mother that life is like school. You can advance to the next level when you do well, but you can also get stuck and fall behind. At this stage, I had no understanding of vibration or frequency.
Today, after many different shamanic psychedelic mindfully guided journeys, I have a better understanding of the world that I live in at the moment.
Reality is an illusion; it is like a dream and when we wake up and die in this reality, we return to our home.
All there is is energy, vibration, and frequency.
Everything that you see in your reality, you have attracted with the vibration that you send out into the world—the bad, the good, everything.
You are like a radio, and the frequency you tune into determines the content you receive.
When we start to understand this, we reach a certain level of awareness, and from here we can start to be the creators of our own lives.
We are spiritual beings, here to learn, experience, and improve.
Materialistic things can hold us back, and often, bigger materialistic things end up owning us. So we need to be mindful of these circumstances. Materialistic things can be fun, but we need to make sure not to get attached, as these attachments can hold us back on our spiritual journey.
Gratitude is a great tool to appreciate the things we have. We also need to practice letting go of things, especially those with negative emotional attachments.
Change is the only constant, and everything is changing all the time—including us.
We can re-program our character as adults, but the foundation of the program that runs in our being was formed very early on. Many of us have experienced trauma in the past, but for our own sake, we need to learn to let go.
We cause pain to ourselves by living in the past and holding on to pain and trauma. But when we arrive in the here and now, with acceptance of what happened to us and are ready to let go of everything that doesn’t serve us, this is the pivotal moment where we can start living freely with an appreciation for life and love in the here and now.
We are spiritual beings. We are all connected. We are creators of our reality. We are God or Source or whatever you want to call it. We are God playing different characters.
We are a unit, and it is time to reunite and feel how deeply we are connected with each other.
Big virtual hug.

I wrote a poem a few years ago about a shopping trip with my Mom when I was 5 years old. As we waited the streetcar, the notion of Infinity gently entered my small brain. If I can find the poem, I will send it to you. Jeff
You say reality is an illusion, but I would argue it also isn’t. This is the reality that makes you fully real.
I also believe this idea „of reality being an illusion“ can be quite dangerous as a way to legitimate „evil“ etc.
What are your thoughts on that?
